Woodlands Manor Farm is a beautiful 17th Century Farm, nestled at the top of the Coombe Valley, an Area of Outstanding Beauty. The valley leads to the stunning wild beaches of Duckpool and Sandymouth, which are maintained by the National Trust.
The Farm comprises of seven self-catering cottages and two glamping yurts set within 34 acres of unspoiled North Cornwall countryside,
We are just 2 miles from the village of Kilkhampton and 6 miles north of the seaside town of Bude, which has the famous Bude seapool, boutique shops, and fabulous restaurants.

Really beautiful authentic old Manor House with quirky rooms doors and period features. Beautiful flat stone floors and huge fireplace. Loads and loads of space - 3 lounges and lots of bedrooms. Great cooking facilities with 2 bedrooms. Aga. Stunningly beautiful surroundings and highlight if you have kids is the awesome pool and games room. Brilliant place for multiple families with kids. Highly recommend
What a fantastic place to stay. Great for us as a couple and then for the family with the grandkids to join us. Indoor pool was a lovely treat. Grandkids loved the feeding of the animals. Hosts couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely return.
A truly beautiful idyllic location with fantastic facilities and breathtaking views. We’ve never holidayed in the same place twice but having stayed in Woodlands Manor Farm last Easter, we didn’t hesitate booking it again and somehow, this year’s stay was even better!

We absolutely loved our stay here in one of the beautiful yurts. Andrew has really thought about everything you might possibly need. With a 2 and 5 year old, and also a 6 month old puppy our stay was comfortable and just perfect!
We loved the indoor swimming pool, games room and also the opportunity to feed the animals on the farm.
The accommodation was lovely, clean, comfortable and warm!

Just back from a lovely 4 days staying in the coach house. Lovely spacious upstairs bedroom and massive very comfortable super king bed. We organised a Sainsbury’s grocery delivery straight to the door and enjoyed simple home cooking after relaxing days resting and walking the local coast/beaches. Sandy mouth beach as good a beach as we've seen if you can time the walk when the tide is out. We will be back.
Stayed at many cottages in Cornwall over the years, but this one is the best .We are staying in Honeysuckle cottage it is very big, with everything you need and more. There is also a lovely indoor swimming pool and a games room.There is a small playground for children. It is very peaceful here.
Thank you for such a lovely stay, we didn't want to leave and we hope to return in the future. The Stables was exactly as described with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to that view every morning was a real treat! There was a large field and signposted walk for our dog, and our daughter loved the heated pool and games room. We helped feed the animals which was a great experience that we all enjoyed.

We loved this place. The cottage has 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms all in the upper floor which has a little gate that makes it very safe for families with little ones.
There are many things to do with children. The place has a nice heated indoor pool and a game room, walk paths and an option to help Ruth/ Andy feed the farm animals. Our kids loved it.
The location is perfect. Quiet yet close to other attractions.
