We Are Open!

It’s been very eerie and quiet since March without guests and we are delighted to have been able to welcome guests back to Woodlands Manor Farm on 4th July 2020!

The Woodlands Manor Farm experience is going to be a little different this year, but we have every confidence you will still have a wonderful holiday.

Keeping everyone safe and well is our absolute number one priority and whilst we have been closed, we’ve used the time to review our procedures and find new ways of operating as part of our COVID-19 Risk Assessment for the business. With the help of the housekeeping team, we have worked out a plan that will hopefully make everyone feel as safe as possible but still have a wonderful holiday.

2 days before arrival: We’ll email you with everything you need to know about your cottage and facilities and a timetable for their use. The timetable is to ensure facilities are used by one “cottage bubble” at a time on a rotating basis so it is fair and allows each facility to be used twice per day per cottage.

Key Collection: All keys to the cottages will be sanitised and left in the front door of your accommodation.

Check-In Time: Is now 5 PM to allow more time for the much stricter cleaning regime required due to COVID-19. We are following the PASC UK Cleaning Protocols (www.pascuk.co.uk).

Check-Out Time: Is now 9 AM again to allow more cleaning time (we need this extra time despite having a much bigger housekeeping team)

Please note: We reserve the right to close, alter or restrict, the usage of any of our facilities or activities without prior notice to ensure we comply with guidelines and health and safety measures. Our guests and staff members’ health and safety will always be our priority and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding should activities and facilities be restricted during your stay. We will update guests in our pre-arrival email with regards as to what facilities will be available during their stay.

Remember, wild swimming comes with certain risks. Always check weather conditions, water depth, and tides before entering the water. Never swim alone, and ensure you’re appropriately prepared.
